Director of Strategic Initiatives

The Director of Strategic Initiatives will work closely with the Executive Director and leadership team to further HSAC’s mission and goals by guiding partnerships and alliances in a strategic and meaningful way. You will communicate the ethos and image of the organization; create and implement systems of engagement; support fundraising efforts through private and public grant opportunities; and develop the annual organization budget in accordance with HSAC’s strategic plan.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Senior Analyst/Associate Director

The Senior GIS Analyst/Associate Director will be responsible for managing the technical component of SALUS, which is a collection of ArcGIS Online maps and apps, so that it continues to facilitate and support crisis and event management objectives, processes, and workflows. You will work as a critical leader of the SALUS team and manage project requirements to determine objectives, deliverables, data requirements and sources, processing requirements, analytical procedures, and mapping/reporting requirements.  As the Senior GIS Analyst/Associate Director, you will oversee the management of HSAC’s ArcGIS Online Organization, and you and your team will be responsible for the ongoing development and maintenance of the tools, applications, and data configured for SALUS end users.

Program Manager

The Program Manager will lead project and product management for SALUS. You will identify opportunities to enhance SALUS given user feedback, evolving technology, and HSAC’s goals. You will provide program management support to ensure that all development projects and SALUS implementation are coordinated and completed successfully. As Program Manager, you will coordinate projects internally, with HSAC partners/consultants, and with SALUS end users. You will work closely with a broad range of technical and non-technical staff to plan and execute projects, assess and respond to risks, identify and track issues, and summarize and report on project and program status for internal management and project teams.
